1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts

• Provide accurate, complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Platform Use & Trading Integration

DayTradingCentral offers trading tools, automation features, and integrations with third-party platforms, including MetaTrader 5 (MT5). You may connect your MT5 account by providing:

• MT5 Account Number
• MT5 Password
• MT5 Broker Server Name

We use this information solely to enable trading via our platform. Your MT5 credentials are stored securely and never shared with third parties. Trading decisions made using our tools are your own responsibility; we do not offer financial advice.

4. Algorithm Marketplace

We offer a marketplace where users can purchase and sell trading algorithms (“algos”). All algos are provided as-is; performance or profitability is not guaranteed.

For Buyers

Use of any algo is at your own risk. Conduct due diligence and back-testing before live deployment.

For Sellers

You must own the rights to any algo you list. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, promote, and deliver your algo. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate laws, infringe rights, or pose security risks.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features, tools, or algorithms require payment. All payments are processed via third-party providers. Subscription services may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

All sales of algorithms are final. Refunds are only considered if an algo fails to run due to a technical fault that cannot be resolved by support.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on external vendors for VPS hosting, payment processing, analytics, and more. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages or third-party failures. Users must maintain their own reliable internet connections.

7. Risks & Disclaimers

Trading involves significant risk, and past performance does not predict future returns. DayTradingCentral is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of our tools, algorithms, or third-party services. See our risk disclosure for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and branding are property of DayTradingCentral unless stated otherwise. Users may not reproduce or distribute material without written permission. Algorithms listed by sellers remain their intellectual property.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abuse. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or posted on the site. Continued use signifies acceptance.

11. Community Features: Chat & Forums

By participating in community spaces, you agree to be respectful and avoid unlawful or abusive content. We may edit or remove content that violates these guidelines.

Opinions expressed by users are their own; DayTradingCentral is not responsible for user-generated content.

12. Leaderboards

Participation in leaderboards is voluntary. Users can opt out or appear anonymously. Cheating or data manipulation is prohibited and may result in disqualification and account suspension.

13. Stats Dashboard

Your performance dashboard is private by default. You may share it via a unique link. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services but will never sell it.
